We pay the postman when you spend over £30! If you're spending under £30, our postage rate for Standard Delivery is just £3.99. All of our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You also have the option to upgrade to Express Delivery for £5.99 at the checkout which will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

As a business, we generate an additional carbon footprint. We wanted to ensure it was fully offset forever. We work with a partner called Ecologi that help us to achieve that.
Via Ecologi, we plant a tree for every single order we take! If it's a £5 order, or a £500 order, we have commited to planting a tree for every single one! We started this Campaign in March 2021, and have so far already planted 10,500 Trees!
As well as this we also offset our Carbon Footprint by supporting projects all over the world which are Verified Carbon Offsets.
Most of the items available on our site are dispatched same day when ordered by 2pm Mon-Fri. However, we do have a growing range of Personalised items which do have production times. If there is a production time for your item, this will be clearly shown on the product page, and against the item within the basket. Please take these timings into consideration when selecting your Delivery method at the checkout.
Product not quite right? No problem. You have 30 days to return an item to us for a full refund or exchange. All that we ask is that any items you're wanting to return are unused and in their original packaging. (ie - resellable.) If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of return postage too! See our full refund policy here
